One more Indian Premier League season and one more failure for the Royal Challengers Bangalore. Virat Kohli’s RCB have once again been knocked out of the IPL competition as David Warner’s Sunrisers Hyderabad knocked them out of the eliminator on Friday, November 6.
RCB captain Virat Kohli is left without an IPL title for 7 years, at a stretch, now since he took up the captaincy in 2013, replacing Daniel Vettori. After RCB were knocked out on Friday, fans started a storm on Twitter questioning whether Virat Kohli will ever be able to take RCB to an IPL victory.
Royal Challengers Bangalore were asked to bat first after David Warner won the toss for the 11th time in IPL 2020. Virat Kohli’s opening stint turned out to be a failure and despite AB de Villiers’ half-century, RCB could only get 131 runs on the board. SRH were put under pressure for a while in the chase but Jason Holder and Kane Williamson joined hands to take them to a 6-wicket win.November 6, 2020

Just waiting for the match to finish so I can watch Virat Kohli try and explain to RCB fans, his team and himself, why he will not be winning the IPL title for the 13th time in a row. #IPL2020 #Eliminator #RCBvSRH— VishwaGuruBharat (@BiharKeLaala) November 6, 2020 November 6, 2020 November 6, 2020 November 6, 2020
Incredible decision from the 3rd umpire. David Warner every reason to blow up. Original decision not out and never conclusive evidence to overturn— Scott Styris (@scottbstyris) November 6, 2020
Sunrisers Hyderabad will play the 2nd qualifier against Delhi Capitals, on Sunday, November 8, at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. SRH have now won their 4th IPL 2020 match in a row and also knocked out KKR and RCB in successive games.
