On Saturday, October 31, once table-toppers Delhi Capitals lost their 4th game in a row in IPL 2020 to the ever-strong Mumbai Indians. Delhi have kept the 3rd spot in the points table after Mumbai Indians sitting right at the top with 18 points and Royal Challengers Bangalore at 2nd with 14 points- same as DC.

After the game, Indian teammates Rohit Sharma and Rishabh Pant met and had a candid chat and a picture of that moment was posted by the Mumbai Indians official Twitter handle.

After Mumbai Indians won the toss, captain Kieron Pollard had asked Delhi Capitals to bat first and DC’s wicketkeeper-batsman Pant could only contribute a 24-ball 21 before falling to Jasprpit Bumrah. Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma was still out of the game due to a hamstring injury.

Following Saturday’s big defeat to the Mumbai Indians, by a margin of 9 wickets, DC skipper Shreyas Iyer said they will give their best against Virat Kohli's RCB in their final league stage game.

"There are lots of flaws to be pointed out to, but we gotta believe in ourselves and be strong-headed, also be positive. Openers being there, it was important to get a good start, once you get the momentum, you can build on later. I feel 150 or 160 was a good total on such wickets. We'll have to think about it (changes) and be fearless in our approach," Shreyas Iyer said at the post-match presentation after DC lost to MI.

"We'll keep things simple and will not try to think much. It's going to be a do or die match for both teams (against RCB) depending on how RCB play tonight," Iyer said.
